Withdraw from the Agreement

In order to withdraw from the Agreement you have to:

1. Fill out the Agreement Withdrawal Form.

2.Sign the Form.

3. Packed goods together with the signed Form should be returned to the address stated on the Form.

• Returns may be made within 14 days of the parcel delivery date.
• The Customer pays the cost of the goods’ return.
• Return of the funds for the goods is made within 14 days, to the bank account provided by the Customer or via the services PayU/PayPal/Przelewy24.
• We do not accept parcels sent to us on COD basis.
• The shoes should not bear any traces of use.
